Does Sophia PT have a newsletter?
We may send out a Newsletter via email (hereinafter “Newsletter”) however you will only receive this if you have specifically said you’re happy to. In these Newsletters, we may inform you about new features from us and updates we’ve made to your website.
User may choose to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link or sending an email to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to unsubscribe or opt-out of communications from us, either click the unsubscribe link in our communications or send an email to email@example.com. We will respond within 48 hours.
You cannot opt out from notification emails pertaining to any order but we will not use your information for any other purpose unless you have given us consent to do so.
You are entitled to see the personal information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
