What are the benefits of personal training ?

To help you achieve your goals, it may benefit you to book some additional PT sessions – you can book 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month as part of our PT packages – and you can top up with further sessions if required.

Equally, small Group PT packages are also available where you can train with up to 3 people with your Trainer, either 1 or 2 sessions per week. The Small Group PT packages are ideal for a couple or friends to train together but still follow an individualised training programme.

Personal Training

A personalised regime that takes your likes and dislikes into consideration to find the perfect solution for you.

A personalised plan typically gives you better results than just training on your own or following a comprehensive programme you have read in a magazine or provided to you by a friend,  because the plan will be tailored to fit your needs and lifestyle as well as your likes and dislikes. You need to enjoy what you are doing!

Your personal trainer will be on hand to ensure you perform each exercise in the correct form during your routine and provide assistance, especially if you are becoming fatigued. Your trainer will be there to ensure you complete that last repetition of finish the last couple of minutes and not give up too early.
