To help you achieve your goals, it may benefit you to book some additional PT sessions – you can book 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month as part of our PT packages – and you can top up with further sessions if required.
Equally, small Group PT packages are also available where you can train with up to 3 people with your Trainer, either 1 or 2 sessions per week. The Small Group PT packages are ideal for a couple or friends to train together but still follow an individualised training programme.
