DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP TO FAIL

Some may not agree with this but ..

It’s not going to happen in 2 weeks, 3 weeks or even 4 weeks so don’t fall for the hype “I want 10 people for a 4 week challenge, transformation” its only going to cost you £££££ rather than IIb

If anything it will set you back ..WHY ?

Start as you mean to go on. Consistency, Progress and most importantly achievable.

Fitness isn’t a gimmick or a magic pill you can pick off the shelf, its hard work and sometimes its literally a pain in the arse and we all feel like giving up, but the benefits we gain from regular exercise are amazing, sleeping better, more energy, healthier bones, better muscle mass, less illness, mental health, to name a few.

 

We don’t have to compete at an Olympic level or be the best or the fastest, or be the best on social media with ripped abs a huge backside, the whole point of fitness is being the best you can be,  bumps, wobbles, freckles, sweaty hair and all .. as long as you feel like the fabulous person you are when you have finished your workout that is enough for me .. goals, but your own goals not someone else’s.
