Welcome to my website, I’m Sophia Butler a Warrington personal trainer who provides tailor made personal training classes designed to get my clients to where they want to be. Some years ago I looked at the fitness industry with a critical eye there were and still are too many trainers doing the same old routine for every one of their clients.

My approach with my clients is to sit down with them and find out what THEY want to achieve rather than telling them what I want them do. Are you unsure about training in a group class? I plan and run numerous classes at Anytime Fitness Stockton Heath for people of all ages and ability. I can offer a free three-day pass so you can give it a try with no commitment. Boxfit, legs bums and tums, tabata, bootcamp, body pump, circuits and resistance training are some of the classes on offer.

Everybody Welcome

To help you achieve your goals, it may benefit you to book some additional PT sessions – you can book 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month as part of our PT packages – and you can top up with further sessions if required.

Equally, small Group PT packages are also available where you can train with up to 3 people with your Trainer, either 1 or 2 sessions per week. The Small Group PT packages are ideal for a couple or friends to train together but still follow an individualised training programme.

During personal training sessions you’ll have access to Anytime Fitness’s state of the art gym in Stockton Heath, Warrington. Aytime Fitness, Stockton Heath boasts a large free weights area, a huge choice of training machines, a mezzanine floor, a private studio and even a zen garden!  Showers are also available so if time’s tight you can head from the gym straight back to work.
